Man Remains In Custody For Willful Damage
The 36-year-old man arrested on suspicion of willful damage of a public payphone remains in police custody at this time.
A police spokesperson said, “A 36-year-old man arrested around 10:50pm Tuesday, November 26th on Cedar Avenue in the City of Hamilton near Victoria Street on suspicion of willful damage of a public pay phone remains in police custody at this time, pending further inquiries by the Criminal Investigation Department.”
