Three People Arrested For Impaired Driving
Three people were arrested on suspicion of impaired driving from Friday evening [Jan 24] until Sunday evening [Jan 26].
A police spokesperson said, “Three motorists were arrested on suspicion of impaired driving from the evening of Friday, January 24th until the evening of Sunday, January 26th, with road sobriety checkpoints conducted in seven parishes [Hamilton parish, Smith’s parish, Devonshire, Pembroke, Paget, Warwick and Southampton] during this past weekend.
“While there are no road sobriety checkpoints scheduled for this coming weekend, members of the public are urged not to drive or ride under the influence as police officers conducting their regular patrols will be on the lookout for any offences, including impaired driving.”
