Leader & Attride-Stirling Help Adelphi Win
David Leader, Luke Attride-Stirling and their Adelphi Men’s Tennis teammates defeated Saint Michael’s College 5 – 2 in Men’s College Tennis action.
Attride-Stirling teamed up with Andrew Ray in the number 2 doubles position and went down to Josh Weiss and Seb Tonini 6 – 3.
Attride-Stirling playing in the number 2 singles position defeated Weiss in straight sets 7-5, 6-2.
Leader won his singles match in the number 5 spot, but he needed a third set tie-breaker to do so. Taking on Constantin Krogh, Leader went down in the first set 6-4, but he fought back to win the second set 7-6 to send the match to the tie-breaker. Leader would emerge as the winner with a score of 10-5.
