Overseas Mail Delays Due To Flight Cancellations
The Bermuda Post Office is advising that both incoming and outgoing mail from North America will be delayed due to some commercial airline flight cancellations.
A government spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Post Office [BPO] is advising that due to some commercial airline flight cancellations, which were recently announced, incoming and outgoing mail from North America [US, Canada] will be delayed.
“The BPO will continue to monitor and adjust to the global changes in the transport and processing of mail with local and international partners. The delays are unavoidable, and the BPO thanks the public for their patience and understanding.”
