In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], BF&M Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of March 2020 the company repurchased 27,800 common shares at an average price of $17.72. The Company advised the repurchased shares were reserved for issuance.
