Nursing Homes Amendment Regulations 2020
“Legislation governing the regulation of care homes has now been amended to prohibit staff from working at multiple facilities when the Chief Medical Officers determines there is a risk of spreading a communicable disease,” Health Minister Kim Wilson said.
“We are fully conscious of the challenges associated with this measure, but it is necessary right now to save lives. ”

Great news. To have this amendment in place, will clearly HELP to save innocent lives here in Bermuda!!
It is noticed that many laws implemented in BERMUDA had to go to Cabinet for approval.
Nevertheless, let the law take effect to save precious lives!!!
