Clarien To Resume In-Branch Operations

Clarien Bank is getting set to resume its in-branch operations at the Hamilton branch location on Monday [May 4].

A spokesperson said, “As the Government-issued ‘Shelter in Place’ advisory enters a phased re-opening, Clarien Bank will resume in-branch operations at the Hamilton branch location on Monday, May 4.

“We are committed to the health and safety of clients and employees, and will continue to adhere to social distancing guidelines to help minimise potential virus exposure. Clients are advised of the following operations updates:

Social Distancing Measures

“For the health and safety of clients and employees, please be advised that the following social distancing measures will be implemented:

  • “All clients and employees must wear facial masks or coverings for in-branch service
  • “Only customers who are actively being served will be allowed in the branch
  • “One additional client will be allowed to wait in the inside queue to be serviced by the next available teller
  • “Clients that require transactions that can be completed via Clarien iBank, ATM, or NoWait will be asked to do so in order to minimise face-to-face interactions with tellers

“For additional assistance, clients should contact the Client Service Centre on 296-6969 or email ServiceCenter@clarienbank.com. The Client Service Centre is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
