Monument Re Acquires GreyCastle Holdings
Monument Re announced that it has completed the acquisition of GreyCastle Holdings Ltd. [GreyCastle] and its subsidiaries, which include GreyCastle Life Reinsurance [SAC] Ltd. and GreyCastle Services Ltd., following receipt of regulatory approval from the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
