MS Amlin To Work With FCA On BI Claims
MS Amlin Underwriting Limited has agreed to be one of the eight participating insurers in the Financial Conduct Authority test case court action, aimed at seeking legal clarity on business interruption insurance.
The company said, “We can confirm that MS Amlin Underwriting Limited [MS AUL], the Lloyd’s [re]insurer, has agreed to be one of the eight participating insurers in the Financial Conduct Authority [FCA] test case court action, aimed at seeking legal clarity on business interruption [BI] insurance.
