Governor John Rankin hosted a small ceremony at Government House on June 13 in order to mark the 94th birthday of Her Majesty the Queen.
Government House posted the photos online below and said, “The Governor hosted a small ceremony at Government House to mark the 94th birthday of Her Majesty the Queen and to give thanks to those who have been involved in tackling the Covid-19 outbreak.
“In his address, the Governor paid tribute to Her Majesty’s devotion to a life of service including through her commitment as patron to more than 600 charities. He said that Her Majesty’s continuing work reminds us all of the importance of service which we can all strive to emulate.”
