July 14: Chamber Of Commerce To Host Webinar

The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce will be holding a Zoom webinar on “addressing the fears of employers, employees, and visitors as we face the new normal” on Tuesday, July 14th.

A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a webinar focused on Addressing the Fears of employers, employees and visitors as we face the new normal. The session, open to members and non members, will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, July 14th, from 12:00pm-1:30pm.

“Moderated by Kendaree Burgess, the webinar will include panelists; Dr Shawnee L.D. Basden, Psychologist with the Bermuda Hospitals Boards, Helen Horsham-Bertels, US Healthcare and Hospitality Consultant, Krystle DaPonte, President of the Bermuda Human Resources Association and Rasheeda Burgess, of the Bermuda Tourism Authority.

“Attendees will receive perspectives from our mental health community, customer service industry, human resources and visitor perspectives. The session will also review the obligations you have to your guests and employees.”

Kendaree Burgess, Chamber of Commerce CEO said, “As we face the new normal and welcome visitors back to Bermuda, there can be underlying fears and anxieties from employers, employees and visitors. This session is an open and honest conversation of challenges facing employers with concrete suggestions and there will be a robust Q&A session to maximize value for participants on how best to forward to support your business, employees and our visitors.“
