Police Constable Charged, Suspended From Duty
A police constable was charged with offences including assault and allegations of intimidation, wilful damage and threatening behaviour, and remains suspended from duty.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service confirms a serving constable, Sean Kelly attended Bermuda Magistrates on 4th of August 2020 and was formally charged and pleaded not guilty to two counts of common assault and allegations of intimidation, wilful damage and threatening behaviour.
“Constable Kelly remains suspended from duty.”
