RA: Temporary Moratorium On 5G Deployment
The Regulatory Authority of Bermuda said they will “mandate a temporary moratorium on the deployment of 5G” pending the completion of a study and the issuance of a final determination.
A spokesperson said, “In acknowledgement of the various concerns raised about the deployment of 5G mobile technology [5G], the RA will mandate a temporary moratorium on the deployment of 5G for all ICOL & COL holders, [existing and new licencees], pending the completion of a Radio Frequency Study [RF Study] and the issuance of a final determination.
“As previously stated, the RF Study will include the opportunity for the public to provide their input to the RA prior to making its final determination.”

OK, really?? Where are the sensible voices at the RA whose job it is to bring a dose of reality to the vocal minority with their social media mandates? Education is key, and this kind of mis-information must be filed where it belongs. All cell-phones bring some minimal RF health issues, 5G is no different. The RA must not cater to the cacophony of the conspiracy crowd in this regard, but instead must do their job, provide information and then act accordingly. That is why the word “Authority” is included in their name. Bermuda to delay or even avoid 5G a mistake.

Fortunately, 5G tech is still in it’s infancy and it’s current implementations aren’t delivering much more than what 4G currently does. By the time 5G reaches it’s full potential, we’ll have forgotten about it’s “adverse health effects” just like we did with 4G and Bluetooth. Sigh
