One Communications Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], One Communications Ltd., advised that pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14[2][i], on 2 September 2020, 299,872 shares were repurchased at an average price of $3.75 for immediate cancellation.
One Communications Ltd. also advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of August 2020 the company repurchased 59,100 of its common shares at an average price of $3.90 for immediate cancellation.
