Photos: Dr Grundy Contest Age 11-14 Winners
The winners of the National Museum of Bermuda’s [NMB] annual Dr. Reg Grundy Youth Photography Competition have been named, with winners in the 11-14 Age Division including Karis Brooks, Naomi Every, and Trystan Hocking.
The contest sees students submit photos under themes including Bermuda Community, Bermuda Homes, and Bermuda Ecosystem in three age categories: 7-10, 11-14, and 15-18.
Winners received Iron Kids Accounts at Clarien Bank [amounts of $500, $300, and $200, based on age group], while runners up received $150 gift cards to Brown & Co. stores.
In the 11-14 Age Division, Karis Brooks of Warwick Academy won the Bermuda Community category, Naomi Every of Somersfield Academy won the Bermuda Ecosystem category, and Trystan Hocking of Somersfield Academy won the Bermuda Homes category.
Runners up were Ashley Todd of Warwick Academy in the Bermuda Community category, Courtney Sims of Bermuda High School for Girls in the Bermuda Ecosystem category, and Caiden Millett of Somersfield Academy in the Bermuda Homes category.
