Polaris Holding Defers Payment Of Dividends
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Polaris Holding Company Limited announced the deferment of their dividend.
The filing stated, “At a Board of Directors meeting help on 9 December 2020, the Directors of Polaris Holdings Company Ltd., unanimously resolved to defer payment of dividends to the shareholders of record as at 18 December 2020.
“With second quarter outcomes even lower than projected, particularly in Stevedoring Services Limited, the Board agreed to continue to defer the dividends and continue its ongoing evaluation of the impact of Covid-19 during this fiscal year.”
