Resolution Re Donates $10,000 To LCCA

Resolution Re has donated $10,000 to the Lady Cubbit Compassionate Association [LCCA] to provide additional funding to their General Assistance Program. The funds will be used to provide food vouchers during this Christmas period.

Veronica Harvey, Executive Director at LLC said “Covid-19 has depressed all of us! We are experiencing unparalleled requests from families who find themselves in need. Specifically, for this Christmas, we would like to assist families achieve some sense of normalcy in their home during this historically festive season. We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Resolution Re and all donors who continue to support the LCCA. We look forward to a brighter 2021!”

The LCCA was formed in 1932 by Lady Cubitt, the wife of the then Governor, and is one of Bermuda’s oldest charitable organizations. Its mission is to improve the quality of life, health, and wellbeing of those in our community who are in medical, financial or emotional need, with particular care and compassion for children and the elderly.
