January 20, 2021

In the third of a series featuring ‘BTA Harvest Heroes’ for the 2021 Restaurant Weeks, the Bermuda Tourism Authority highlighted fisherman Delvin Bean.

The BTA said, “It’s a passion for me to be a fisherman…to get up early seven days a week and try to catch a product to provide to the island.” – Delvin Bean. Celebrate our distinct food culture at Restaurant Weeks: Jan 14 to Feb 11.”

The BTA previously noted that locally caught and harvested food are the focus of this year’s Bermuda Restaurant Weeks, with restaurateurs urged “to create Bermuda-inspired menus and are particularly encouraged to focus on five local food-harvest areas: lobster, lionfish, goat cheese, honey and locally grown produce.”

The 2021 Restaurant Weeks runs from January 14 to February 11. Diners can expect three price tiers: $32, $42 and $52 for three-course, prix-fixe menus for dinner, and $22 two-course meals for lunch, and you can view the menus here on the BTA website.
