Video: BTA Spotlight Tucker’s Farm Goat Cheese
In the fourth of a series featuring ‘BTA Harvest Heroes’ for the 2021 Restaurant Weeks, the Bermuda Tourism Authority highlighted James Tucker.
The BTA said, “Meet James Tucker of Tucker’s Farm Goat Cheese. His delicious product is found in some of our favourite dishes at restaurants across the island. Plus, the goats are pretty cute too.”
The BTA previously noted that locally caught and harvested food are the focus of this year’s Bermuda Restaurant Weeks, with restaurateurs urged “to create Bermuda-inspired menus and are particularly encouraged to focus on five local food-harvest areas: lobster, lionfish, goat cheese, honey and locally grown produce.”
The 2021 Restaurant Weeks runs from January 14 to February 11. Diners can expect three price tiers: $32, $42 and $52 for three-course, prix-fixe menus for dinner, and $22 two-course meals for lunch, and you can view the menus here on the BTA website.

What do these spotlights have to do with tourism because they are only shown locally
BTA staff trying hard to earn their paychecks by linking story to restaurant week. Who can afford to dine out, or even take out meals these days?
At least they are trying, unlike the bulk of the underworked, bloated civil service that we can ill afford.
