96 Visit KEMH Due To Road Accidents In January
96 people visited the Hospital’s Emergency Department or Urgent Care Centre in January due to road traffic accidents, according to the latest statistics from the Bermuda Hospitals Board [BHB].
According to the BHB, “Bermuda Hospitals Board [BHB] road traffic accident statistics for the month of January 2021 show that 96 cases were seen in the Emergency Department of King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and the Lamb Foggo Urgent Care Centre. Three of the 96 required admission to ICU and 14 to other acute care wards. One minor, a 16-year-old, was among the 14 admitted to general wards.”
