A weekly occurrence now with belco. Williams and his RA is silent. I have lost power from a blackout and now 3 network outages. Caines needs to hold a press conference like his plp colleagues and outline what is going on. Now with the new covid restrictions, secure power is critical. Else, compensate for the inconvenience and poor service.
