In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], BF&M Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of February 2021 the company repurchased 89,000 common shares at an average price of $21.00. The Company advised the repurchased shares were reserved for issuance.
