Masterworks Closed, Offer ‘Art At Home’ Online
Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art is temporarily closing due to the new government regulations — which mandated that all museums close due to a spike in Covid cases — however they plan to “bring you art at home” via their website and social media.
An email sent out by the organisation said, “Dear members, friends, volunteers and supporters, It is with heavy ‘Arts’ that we announce the temporary closure of the museum doors due to the new government regulations. As such, our spring camps have been cancelled and upcoming exhibitions have been postponed.
“Despite the change, we will continue to bring you Art at home through our Youtube, website and social media channels. Also, look out for our free Zoom art classes for students ages 5 – 18 that will be returning soon.
“As always, we thank you for your support in helping us keep art alive and look forward to having you back in the gallery soon.”
