Luke Attride-Stirling & Adelphi Defeat Bentley

Playing in their first postseason match since 2017, Luke Attride-Stirling and his no. 4 seed Adelphi University teammates defeated fifth-seeded Bentley University, 4-2, in the quarter-finals of the 2021 Northeast-10 Conference Championship at the USTA National Tennis Center.

In pairs play, Attride-Stirling and Andrew Ray would fall at the number 3 Doubles position 6-3 to Connor Aulson and Kendall Au, but wins at the number 1 & 2 spots secured the point for Adelphi.

Attride-Stirling put Adelphi one point away with a straight-set 6-1, 7-6 (7-4) decision at No. 4 singles spot over Jordan Soifer.

Adelphi would win the fifth singles to advance.
