One-Minute Silence To Honour Prince Philip

Government House announced that there will be a National one-minute silence at the start of The Duke Of Edinburgh’s Ceremonial Royal Funeral tomorrow [April 17].

Government House said, “There will be a National one-minute silence in the UK at 1100 Bermuda [1500 UK] on Saturday 17 April 2021 at the start of Prince Philip’s Ceremonial Royal Funeral. Given the public health restrictions in place and the fact that we shall be under a Stay-at-Home order, we invite members of the public to mark the one-minute silence from their homes.”
