Bermuda Day Showcase Registration Now Open
Registration is now open for essential workers and a guest to attend the Bermuda Day Showcase, which will be held from 2.00pm to 4.00pm this Friday [May 28] at the National Sports Centre.
The Government posted the graphic below online, saying, “Registration is now open for Essential Workers and a guest to attend the Bermuda Day Showcase on May 28. Tickets are free, but limited. Essential workers can visit Ptix.bm [link here] to register for the Bermuda Day Showcase.
The graphic said, “Pre-registration requirements for the Bermuda Day Showcase
- Essential worker ID/proof
- Proof of immunization for each essential worker and guest [second shot no later than May 13]; or
- Negative Covid test result for each essential worker and guest [test taken on May 25 or May 26].
“To enter the event, guests must wear a mask; must have SafeKey; and must show a ‘no exposures’ status on the WeHealth App on their phone.”
The ticket page on PTix states, “Ticket-holders must be essential workers from one of the following sectors and can bring one guest with them:

- -Bermuda Hospitals Board
- -Border control (Air and Maritime)
- -Child Protection
- -Customs
- -Corrections
- -Docks
- -Electricity
- -Food supply (essential)
- -Funeral Home
- -Gas
- -Health care
- -Hotel

- -Long term care
- -Maintenance and cleaning for essential services
- -Meteorological services
- -Ministry of Health
- -Ministry of National Security
- -Police
- -Port and dock services

The event will be live streamed on the Government media platforms and also on Bernews.
