Football: Suriname Defeat Bermuda 6 – 0

[Updated] The Bermuda football team played against Suriname this evening [June 4] as part of the World Cup Qualifiers, with Suriname recording a 6 – 0 win.  We will update with additional information as able.

Update: Suriname scored in the 3rd minute, with Sheraldo Becker finding the back of the net, and in the 15th minute it was 2 – 0 when Nigel Hasselbaink scored. Becker made it 3 – 0 in the 36th minute, and one minute later it was 4 – 0 when Hasselbaink added his second. In the 65th minute, Hasselbaink completed his hat-trick to make it 5 – 0, and then Shaquille Pinas closed out the scoring with a goal in the 74th minute.
