Hopkins Helps Equipo Essax Finish 4th In Spain
Kaden Hopkins and his Equipo Essax teammates competed in the three-stage XXV Challenge Vuelta Alicante Road Race.
Hopkins’ teammate Wilson Steven Haro finished 8th overall with a combined time of 11:28:15.
Hopkins said, “I had a hard weekend suffering from fatigue so I did everything I could to work for my teammates because I knew a result for me was out of the picture. I have some rest now from the bike and then will resume proper training again next week.
“As a team, we were 4th in the team’s classification, not a great weekend for me personally but a good weekend for the team.”
