Tiziana Life Sciences has “re-activated its strategic plan to redomicile to Bermuda.”
A statement from the company said, “At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 10.00 a.m. on 25 June 2021, all of the resolutions were duly passed.
“The results of the proxy voting will be available shortly on the Company’s website. The Company also confirms that it has re-activated its strategic plan to redomicile to Bermuda; shareholders will receive further information in due course.”
The company describes itself as a “clinical stage biotechnology company that specializes in the developing transformative therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, degenerative diseases and cancer related to the liver.”
