Water Outage In Mosquito Hill Devonshire Area
The Ministry of Public Works is advising the public of a water main break on Middle Road in Devonshire, near Mosquito Hill, affecting customers east of the Middle Road junction with Hermitage Road, Devonshire.
A Government spokesperson said, “Customers impacted include businesses and residents in the Flatts, Shelly Bay, Radnor Road areas, including but not limited to Dunkley’s Dairy and the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo.
“The water main has been closed to prevent water loss, and a team from the Water and Sewage Section are working to effect repairs.
“Restoration of service is estimated at the close of business on Thursday, June 24. Customers in need of water during this period are advised to contact a water trucking service.
“The Ministry of Public Works and Water and Sewage Section apologizes for any inconvenience caused and asks customers for their patience and cooperation as we make repairs.”
