BNAA Annual General Meeting On Sept 30
The Bermuda National Athletics Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, September 30th, via Zoom.
BNAA President Donna Raynor said, “The BNAA AGM will be held on Thursday, September 30th, 2021 at 6:00pm via Zoom. There will be elections for all positions of the Board of Directors[6].
“All nominations have to be submitted prior to the AGM by Monday, September 27th EOD. Please send to athleticsbda@gmail.com. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor the evening of the AGM. Please note I will be stepping down as the BNAA President.“

The Annual General Meeting of the Bermuda National Athletics Association [“BNAA”] will be held via Zoom on Thursday, September 30th, 2021 at 6:00pm.
Agenda
- 1. Call to Order
- 2. To confirm notice sent to all members and that a quorum is met
- 3. To approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
- 4. To approve the presentation of unaudited Financial Statements and Treasurer’s Report for the period ended 31 August 2021
- 5. Bermuda Triangle Challenge Report, if any
- 6. Director of Athletics Report, if any
- 7. President’s Report
- 8. Amendments to Bye Laws as per the minutes of September 24, 2020
- i. The term limits of the Board of Directors be amended so that all Board members are not up for election at the same time beginning 2021 [2 year terms for Directors and 4 years for President, Gen Sec and Treasurer]
- ii. Including diversity in our Bye Laws stating there should be a minimum of 2 females voted on the BNAA Board beginning 2021
- 9. Election of all Board of Directors’ positions
- 10. Any other Business
