Tomorrow’s Voices To Host Virtual Sip & Paint
Tomorrow’s Voices will host a virtual sip and paint event on Sunday [Oct 3], aiming to raise funds for “Tomorrow’s Voices’ much-needed Centre and services, as well as to broaden awareness of the autism spectrum and other developmental challenges that affect families in Bermuda.”
A spokesperson said, “No need to leave the house to have fun and get creative; join Tomorrow’s Voices as they host the third annual Great Sip & Paint for Autism event set to take place on Sunday, October 3 all from the comfort of home.
“Bring together family and friends all while keeping in your safe bubble and create artwork for a great cause. Along with painting, there will be live tunes from DJ Sounds that will have you rocking in your seat as you create your masterpieces.
“There are several packages to choose from and each contains all the painting supplies you’ll need for the night, a bottle of wine and juices/sodas for kids as well as a cupcake each. Each package comes in a Tomorrow’s Voices keepsake cooler bag.
“The event will help to raise funds for Tomorrow’s Voices’ much-needed Centre and services, as well as to broaden awareness of the autism spectrum and other developmental challenges that affect families in Bermuda.”
Tomorrow’s Voices board chairwoman, Thea Furbert, said, “We know that these are tough times but we hope that people will bring together their close family and friends to enjoy a really fun night from the comfort of home.
“It’s an event that provides a little something different but supports a great cause and you don’t have to be an artist to participate and have a good time – all skill levels are welcome! The evening will be a safe and entertaining way to support a great charity.
“All proceeds from this event will go towards Tomorrow’s Voices providing services to those in our community with autism and other developmental disabilities.”
The spokesperson said, “Choose from the Family Kit for four, the Couples Kit, or the Individual or Children’s Kit. Packages can be pre-ordered from either Tomorrow’s Voices store on the Sargasso app and scheduled for pick up or delivery, or ordered directly through Tomorrow’s Voices. The live virtual event will run from 6-9 p.m.
