Trott Passes Assistant Referee Fitness Test
The Bermuda Football Association Referees Committee announced that Natasha Trott has passed the Female Assistant Referee fitness test recently.
Trott was the lone female representative from Bermuda at the recent CFU Under 14 Championship held in the Dominican Republic.
By passing the test, she is now eligible to be nominated to the FIFA list as an assistant referee. If successful, she will make history as Bermuda’s first-ever FIFA-listed female official.
Chairman of the Referees Committee Crenstant Williams said, “The Referees Committee is extremely pleased with her progress along with other potential FIFA candidates. Hopefully, her success will encourage more females to take up officiating.”
