What does “regular” mean in the context of the buses?

Does it mean the full, timetabled service we all subsidize, or does it mean the normal multiple cancellations per day, frequent stoppages for “meetings” and endless other interruptions? Walk outs and unofficial industrial action?

Don’t blame COVID, the service has been sh*t for years.
