Corkscrew Hill Road Closure On Monday
There will be a road closure on Corkscrew Hill in Devonshire for the Flora Duffy Photo Shoot on Monday, October 18 between 12.30pm and 1.45pm.
The Ministry of Public Works previously announced that it intends to rename Corkscrew Hill in Devonshire to Flora Duffy Hill.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that there will be a road closure on Corkscrew Hill, Devonshire for the Flora Duffy Photo Shoot.
“The road closure will take place on Monday 18th October, 2021 between 12:30pm and 1:45pm. During this time the road will be used as the backdrop for the Flora Duffy Photo Shoot.
“The Ministry of Public Works encourages the full cooperation of the motoring public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
“Should there be any questions regarding this closure, please direct queries to the attention of Curtis Charles, Construction and Maintenance Engineer for the Ministry of Public Works on 501-3036.”
