Video: BOA’s Brenda Dale Rotary Presentation
The Bermuda Olympic Association’s Brenda Dale – who was the Chef De Mission for the Bermuda contingent at the Tokyo Olympics – recently delivered a virtual presentation to the Rotary Club, with Ms Dale giving a first hand account of Flora Duffy’s history making gold medal performance.
Ms Dale divided the presentation into three parts, including the pre-Olympics, the arrival, and the actual Olympic Games. She also spoke about the impact of Covid-19 on the Tokyo Olympics, which included challenges in logistics as well as with athletes unable to train or compete.
