Regulatory Authority Invites Public To Comment
The Regulatory Authority [RA] is inviting the public to comment on its Interconnection and Interoperability Emergency General Determination 2021.
A spokesperson said, “In keeping with the Regulatory Authority Act 2011, the Regulatory Authority is inviting the public to comment on its Interconnection and Interoperability Emergency General Determination 2021, which imposes obligations of interconnection and interoperability on holders of Communications Operating Licences within the Electronic Communications sector.
“Members of the public, sectoral providers and other interested parties are invited to visit the RA’s website at www.ra.bm to read the Public Consultation document and provide comment no later than 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.”
