Trustees Take Vacant Possession Of Ocean View
The Bermuda Government Consolidated Board of Trustees have now taken “vacant possession of our premises following a failed tenancy agreement,” MP Kim Swan said.
Speaking in the House of Assembly about the Ocean View matter, Kim Swan said, “The Bermuda Government Consolidated Board of Trustees, we now have vacant possession of our premises following a failed tenancy agreement.

“We apologize for being unable to offer Bar & Restaurant services while we recalibrate, but given the complaints received about the conduct of persons illegally occupying our premises that was not befitting of a golf course clubhouse, we endeavor to reorganize in a timely fashion.
The MP alleged that “the Board of Trustees were misrepresented by a now former Trustee. We are now owed thousands of dollars, unpaid rent & utilities, by our former tenant, who worked in collaboration with a former Trustee.
“For the record, we have referred the matter to the Bermuda Police Service, and we thank the golfing public for their patience, and respectfully ask them to bear with us while we reorganize,” he added.
