MJM Welcomes Mark Adams As Senior Associate
The MJM law firm has welcomed Mark Adams to the firm’s Corporate & Finance Team as a Senior Associate.
A spokesperson said, “Mark qualified in England and Wales in 2002 and has extensive international experience which includes corporate finance, M&A, advisory, restructuring, venture capital, asset finance, project finance, tax leasing, commercial lending, trade finance, Islamic finance and ECA finance.”
