Woman Injured In Collision On Church Street
A 38-year-old female motorcycle rider was taken to KEMH after a two vehicle collision on Church Street in Hamilton today.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 9:35am on Monday 14th February, 2022, police and other first responders were dispatched to a report of a two vehicle collision on Church Street, involving a private motorcar and and a motorcycle.
“Initial reports suggest that a motorcycle was traveling north on Court Street and a car traveling east on Church Street, when the two vehicles collided.
“The 38-year-old female motorcycle rider was taken to KEMH via ambulance with suspected head injuries. The 18-year-old female driver of the car, was not reported to be injured.
“While police process the scene, traffic is being diverted at the following junctions: Court St/Reid St, Court St/ Victoria St, and Parliament St/Church St.
“Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision, to contact PC Savoury on 211 or jsavoury@bps.bm.”
