BAA Defeat Paget Lions To Move Into 2nd Place
At the BAA Field, BAA moved back into second place in the First Division standings following their 5 – 1 win over the Paget Lions.
After a scoreless first half, the game came to life in the scoring department with Tre Burgess finding the back of the net for BAA in the 51st minute, but in the 76th minute, the Paget Lions drew level with Kyhon Smith scoring.
Burgess would restore the BAA lead when he scored his second goal of the game in the 81st minute, two minutes later Patrick Quinn gave BAA a 3 – 1 lead, Quinn scored again in the 86th minute for BAA to take a 4 – 1 lead, and then two minutes later Quinn completed his seven-minute hat-trick to make it 5 – 1 to BAA.
