RA On Proposed Change Of Control For WOW
The Regulatory Authority of Bermuda is “inviting the public and other interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Report for the proposed Change of Control in the Electronic Communications sector of World on Wireless [WOW] to TeleBermuda International Limited [TBi].”
“WOW and TBi each hold an Integrated Communications Operating Licence [ICOL],” a spokesperson said. “To comment on the Preliminary Report, please visit the RA’s website at www.ra.bm, click ‘Respond to a Consultation’ and select the Electronic Communications Sector.
“Comments must be received by 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2022.”
