Videos: Gibbons In Daily Harvest & Peloton Ads
Bermudian entrepreneur and entertainer Gianluca Gibbons has been featured in an advert for Daily Harvest – which is currently in frequent rotation on CNN — and has also appeared in commercials for companies such as exercise equipment company Peloton, and Fender, a musical instrument manufacturer.
“During the pandemic, I was fortunate to begin working with Central Artists’ commercial division for models, as well as acting manager Liz Fuller at Citizen Skull Productions both based in Los Angeles, California,” he told Bernews.
“Since 2021, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing companies such as Peloton, Fender, Daily Harvest, Facebook and top talent including Usain Bolt and Tyler, The Creator.”
Daily Harvest commercial:
Mr Gibbon describes his first commercial for Peloton in which he played cricket alongside Usain Bolt, the retired Jamaican sprinter, as a “surreal experience”.
He said: “My first commercial in 2021 was for the exercise equipment and media company Peloton, where I played a supporting role of a cricket batsman alongside Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt, who was a fierce fast bowler. It was a surreal experience.
“The highlight of that experience was playing cricket with him off-camera for about 15 to 20 minutes between takes as the production team prepared for the next scene.
“I may or not have hit him for a four, maybe a six? I guess the world will never know, but I represented Bermuda well. All jokes aside, he is an incredibly humble human and bought a great energy to the set.
Peloton commercial:
“Additionally, I was featured as a bass player in a Fender campaign. I did an internal marketing campaign for Facebook. Most recently I was a principal actor in a Daily Harvest commercial that has been aired internationally on channels such as CNN, HGTV, Food Network, Paramount, Hallmark, Bravo, Hulu and TLC.
“I just finished shooting on set for another project that is yet to be released.”
