Alliance Française To Host Bonfire On May 21
The Alliance Française des Bermudes will host a beach bonfire at Chaplin Bay Beach in Southampton on Saturday [May 21].
The event, costing $15 for adults and free for children, starts at 6.30 pm. Families are invited to bring picnics and drinks.
The Alliance Française des Bermudes was formed in 1965 to promote and celebrate the French language and culture in Bermuda.
A programme of events and activities are organised each year, including dinners, musical concerts, wine tastings, monthly French films, pétanque tournaments and the celebration of the national holiday of July 14.
