Camiko Smith Competes In US Open Qualifier
Camiko Smith competed in a 122nd United States Open Championship Qualifier.
Taking to the Golf Club at Oxford Greens in Connecticut, the field of 65 golfers competed for four spots, in a cold and breezy 25 knots wind.
Smith shot a round of 11-over par 83; his round consisted of 10 pars, 6 bogeys, 1 double bogey, and 1 triple bogey.
Smith said, “The greens were a bit tricky as well, you had to be precise with your shots or you were struggling to get up and down.”
