BNA Women’s Summer & Coed League Results
The Bermuda Netball Associations Women’s Summer League and Coed League continued at the Bernard’s Park.
Women’s Summer League
The BHB Angels defeated the Tigers 25 – 21. Stacey O’Brien led BHB with 11 goals, while Donnisha Gardner, and Demiqua Daniels both scored 7 goals each, Donnisha Gardner was named the teams MVP, Tigers MVP Niasiah Berkeley scored 12 goals, Diara Benjamin added 5, with Jahtuere Trott scoring 4, and Kessiah Jackson scored twice.
The North Village Lady Rams edged the St. George’s Lady Colts 20 – 18. Darrika Simons scored 12 goals to lead the North Village Lady Rams to victory, with MVP Starr Bowen adding 6 goals, and Jordyn Morris scored twice. Drewshae Bascome and Nicky Smith scored 6 goals each for the St. George’s Lady Colts, Coriah Simmons added 5 goals, and Phylicia Furbert scored one, Jasmaine Adams was named the teams MVP.
Coed League
The North Village Rams defeated the BHB Angels 29 – 25, Darrika Simons led the North Village Rams with 26 goals, while Tejour Riley added the other three goals, Quinn Simmons was named the MVP, Sheldon Bahadosingh scored 17 goals for BHB and was named MVP, with Stacey O’Brien adding the other 8 goals.
The Storm Chasers defeated PwC 24 – 5, Storm Chasers MVP Antoine Williams led the way with 15 goals, while Nabiilah Nasir added 5, Elishae Smith, and Antoine Jackson both scored twice. Caitlyn Lawrence scored 5 goals for PwC, with Carla Le Roux named the teams MVP.
