Bermuda Win Bronze Medal At CCCAN
Bermuda’s swimming team made an excellent start at the Central American and Caribbean Amateur Swimming Confederation [CCCAN] event in Barbados, claiming a bronze medal in a relay event.
The Bermuda 18 & over mixed 4×50 meter freestyle relay team of Adriana Argent, Caleb Ingham, Myeisha Sharrieff, and Jesse Washington captured the bronze medal with a time of 1:43.88.
Tayla Horan and Taylor White competed in the 15-17 girls 800 meter freestyle, Horan finished 10th touching the wall in a time of 9:53.87, while White was clocked at 9:56.02 finishing 11th. Thomas Cechini finished 8th competing in the 13-14 boys 1500 meter freestyle clocking a time of 17:45.16.
During the 13-14 mixed 4×50 meter freestyle relay team of Cechini, Marleigh Howes, Imojen Judd, and Seth Samuels finished 5th touching the wall in a time of 1:47.08.
Finn Moseley, Horan, White, and Flynn Watson-Brown, competing in the 15-17 mixed 4×50 meter freestyle relay finished 5th clocking a time of 1:45.51.
