Brislane & Ching Win Powerade 5K Road Race
Jake Brislane and Lucy Ching were crowned the Powerade 5K Road Race Male and Female Champions.
Brislane set and early pace and was able to maintain the lead throughout winning just under one minute ahead of the second place runner, Brislane was clocked across the line in a time of 16:38, James Kennedy was second in 17:35, and Domico Watson finished third with a time of 17:42.
Ching crossed the line 19th overall with a time of 22:34, Laura Knox-Clingerman was the second female finisher and 23rd overall clocking 23:34, and Gemma McGeever was the third female finisher and 31st overall with a time of 24:27.
