Photos: Bermuda Triathletes At Commonwealths
Bermuda had a spectacular performance in triathlon at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, led of by Dame Flora Duffy who cemented her status as one of the best triathletes of all time by becoming the first triathlete to win back to back Commonwealth gold medals.
The team showed a stunning amount of depth for a small island, with Erica Hawley racing to a 16th place finish while Tyler Smith claimed a 13th place finish in their world class fields, and Bermuda capped off our showing with a 7th place finish in the relay, with Tyler Butterfield serving as the 4th member of our relay team.

The 39-year-old veteran was the second Bermudian triathlete to make history, as he was the sole athlete who competed in the inaugural Commonwealth triathlon 20 years ago who also competed in the 2022 Games, as he made his fifth Commonwealth appearance for Bermuda.
