Rosorea Wins Silver Medal In Massachusetts
12-year-old Bermudian Owen Rosorea won a silver medal in squash this weekend in the U/13 division at the Boston Metro West U.S. Junior Bronze Event held in Framingham, Massachusetts.
A spokesperson said, “Owen defeated Roger Zhou [USA] in the quarter finals, and then Rama Urs [USA] In the semi finals. In a close finals match, Owen lost to Muhammad Khan, a young relative of the famous Jahinger Khan of Pakistan. Earlier this summer Owen also took silver in his category at the Junior Carribean Squash Championships in Georgetown, Guyana.”
